Workshop with Red Sea Yachting Institute

Our President and marine biologist, Angela Ziltener, recently taught at the Red Sea Yachting Institute in El Gouna, a leading educational center founded by the Sawiris Foundation for Yacht Training. This institute, the first accredited by the Egyptian Authority for Maritime Safety and the only RYA training center in Egypt, offers high-level maritime education.

The course, aimed at training future captains and boat crews, focused on key environmental issues in the Red Sea. Topics included dolphin behavior, human threats to marine life, the importance of conservation efforts, and how to act sustainably on the water.

In addition to theoretical lessons, students applied their knowledge in the field, visiting dolphin sites to analyze and assess the current situation at sea.
