Development of the Code of Conduct

The Cologne Design School ecosign and the Dolphin Watch Alliance developed a code of conduct in 2021 to promote dolphin protection in El Gouna/Hurghada. This code, aimed at tourists as well as local boat and tour personnel, is intended to raise awareness for dolphin conservation.

In 2022, the Dolphin Watch Alliance logo was redesigned, an informative brochure was created, and a digital relaunch was carried out. Additionally, ecosign students gained practical insights into dolphin protection and the local cultural and tourism environment through an educational trip to El Gouna.
